In April, 2013 Philip C. DeVallance were speakers at the NBI seminar on the tax consequences of divorce.  When it comes to the financial impacts of divorce, tax consequences are critical to clients.  This seminar will discuss common tax issues, the tax impacts of dividing assets, income tax considerations, property tax issues, and tax planning strategies.
