Scott Marlow received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Psychology from Liberty University in 2000. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University in 2003. Scott is a member of the Washington State Bar and has been admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. He also volunteers time at the Snohomish County Legal Services.
Scott has focused primarily on family law; however, he has also practiced law in the areas of criminal law, immigration, small business, and estate planning among others. Prior to joining Tsai Law Company, Scott worked as a staff attorney for a downtown Seattle family law firm.
Scott has extensive experience in all aspects of family law including, but not limited to, dissolution including military dissolutions, parentage actions, child support, property and debt division including high asset cases, meretricious relationship, non-parental custody, de facto actions, and adoptions. He also brings extensive trial and litigation experience to Tsai Law Company.
Scott is a former United States Marine serving as a combat engineer. He was also a Division-1 scholarship college athlete playing tennis for Liberty University. Scott is empathetic and passionate about his client’s concerns and the impacts that a family law action has on the family unit.
